Penelope is a Colombian-American multi-talented young performer, singer, model, actress, and multi-instrumentalist.

She is part of the “New Stars of Austin” program at Música Libre Austin, where young artists develop their musical, performance, and creative identity.
Ella hace parte del programa “Nuevas Estrellas de Austin” de Música Libre Austin, donde jóvenes artistas desarrollan su identidad musical, escénica y creativa.
